Here we go again...

I got called out on Facebook for not posting, which was very helpful!  I'm not going to track calories this week.  I'm just going to record everything I eat and try to make good choices.

Breakfast
Smoked salmon quiche - 2 small slices
Bai5

Lunch
Nature Valley protein bar

Snack
Bunny tracks ice cream - about 2.5 cups. Yikes.

Dinner
Chicken mole quesadilla
Cabbage lime salad
